My joy in the kitchen began when I became a stay-at-home mom. Being a crafty lover of any form of art, I really fell in love with the amazing presentations of cakes and all of the new materials and methods used to make such astounding creations. My results come from countless hours of watching videos, reading blogs and trialing myself to get my results.

What has developed from a simple hobby has blossomed into an overflowing kitchen of supplies, a happy to be sampling husband and daughter, many birthday cakes/ cupcakes, countless personalized decorative cookies, and to this date THREE weddings of cupcake buffets!

My current goals on baking:

> Take a tiered cake course

> Learn more about alternative baking ingredients and creating healthier alternatives to cakes, cookies and breads

> Learn and explore the wonderful world of tarts
